If you wish to cancel your reservation, please advise us as early as possible.

- Free cancellation can be done within 5 days after reservation date.

- 10% administration fee of your total reservation cost will apply for any cancellation after reservation date more than 5 days.

- 10% administration fee of your total reservation cost will applied for any cancellation plus a one night cancellation fee for cancellation which happen in 5 day prior to arrival period.

- Cancellation happen in less than 5 days prior to arrival period, the total reservation cost will apply to you.

No Show Policy
- If you do not show up at the hotel on your arrival date and have failed to inform us that you wish to cancel your reservation, this is classed as a no show. In this case, full charge of your total booking cost will be applied.

Reduction of Length of Stay
- If you need to shorten your reservation during your stay, you must inform the Reservation Desk at the hotel as well as our thaiairport’s office, to receive your refund. If the hotel charge us for your remaining nights we will also, where as if the hotel do not charge us we will not charge you. In addition a 5 percent administration fee will be applied of your remaining stay.

Extension of Stay
- If, after your arrival, you wish to extend your stay at the same of different hotel, please contact our local office so that you are not charged the full room rate from the hotel.
